Our Happy Clients

I wanted to take a moment to send a sincere thank you to the J.Becher staff (and Austin, our electrician) for their amazing work. It was a very difficult task to move my small business during a pandemic that also included riots in our area. I was trying to juggle installing a washer and dryer, a new light fixture, as well as panicked that we may not have enough energy in our new space to supply my Spa (I’ve had issues in my old space), on top of all the other tasks that come with moving a business. J. Becher literally came out at a moment’s notice… not once, but twice, to help me get everything ready in order to open my Spa on time after being closed for nearly three months. I cannot say thank you enough. Beyond your amazing work, and openness to come when needed you were more than fair with your fees. I highly recommend your business to anyone looking for honest, sincere, and beyond quality work.

Matt Heying with came out to help us with our alarm system after it was showing offline and the app would no longer unlock our doors, only the key fobs were working. Matt quickly figured out the issue, got everything back online and working properly, and made sure everything was good before leaving.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently worked with J.Becher & Associates through Xcel’s EV Charge at Home Program to install our charger, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Out of all the options, they were easily the most affordable, but their quality of work went above and beyond. Our technician showed up right on time and was an absolute professional. He found a creative way to run the wiring from our basement out to the garage without cutting into a single piece of drywall—saving us a huge headache and extra repairs!

He was also extremely respectful of our home. He took off his shoes every single time he stepped inside without us even needing to ask, and he thoroughly cleaned up after himself, leaving the workspace completely spotless when he was done.

If you're looking for honest pricing, master-level craftsmanship, and top-tier professionalism, I highly recommend J.Becher & Associates. We will definitely be using them again for future projects!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. J. Becher did all of out low voltage when we built our house in 2020. We have had a couple minor issues, like needing to reset the network after power failures in the neighborhood. I'd day about a year ago, it was tough to get in touch with someone directly. Today though, I called and got right to Brian to discuss the issue with losing visual in the Family Room. Brian got me on the schedule right away. Great experience. Thank you guys. I appreciate your knowledge of these complex systems and your ability to help.

“We had J. Becher out for a full home security and automation system. I called to schedule the appointment and they were out the very next day to install. The service technician, Ryan, was on time, professional, and explained everything the system does in detail. We are very happy with the overall service that was provided, from the initial phone call to job completion. I highly recommend this company!”

“We own a chain of five restaurants and have been doing business with J. Becher for over 20 years. I can’t say enough great things about their creativity, quality, flexibility, professionalism, and response times. We have built all of our own locations and they are literally one of my first calls for each new project as we utilize their expertise across many of their divisions: electrical, low-voltage, security & fire protection. Furthermore, our business requires service after the restaurants are complete and their sense of urgency, response times, and the can-do attitude of their service staff across divisions is consistently amazing. Use this organization!!”

“I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how happy I am with the work that Maxwell did today at our house. I was a little nervous about the project since it involved digging to bury cables and penetrations of both the house and garage for the cables. I really appreciate the fact that Maxwell explained to me what he was going to do before he did it. There were a couple times where there were different ways to accomplish what needed to be /done and he helped me understand what the options were so that I could decide what would work best. All of the work that he did was of the highest quality and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Based on my experience today I’ll definitely be calling J. Becher & Associates for these projects.”

Data Cable Upgrade – Minneapolis

“We had a proprietary, ten-years old audio/video system in our condominium. Several components were no longer working, and we wanted to move to a new system that would be easier to use and offer options for streaming audio and video. We contacted J Becher for an estimate on a new design. Greg knew immediately what to recommend to both simplify our system and expand our options. Due to travel, we agreed on an installation date four months later. Jesse and Mike arrived on the agreed date and installed the new system. We couldn’t be happier with our new system and how well the entire process worked. The team at J Becher was a pleasure to work with, very professional, and completed the project in the time frame promised. We will recommend J Becher to others looking to install or upgrade a customized, integrated media system.”

Audio/Video System Upgrade- Minneapolis

Greg and his team at J. Becher & Associates have been extremely helpful updating our home systems. We are not technically savvy nor do we have the time to spend on our TV’s and sound system as well as video games. We asked Greg to come in and look at all of these systems and recommend upgrades as needed. Greg was able to recommend a new TV and system to go along with that. In addition we added a sonos system and hardwired two rooms for better video games and virtual reality. Greg and his team did all the installation and troubleshooting. In addition we upgraded our Direct TV through a direct TV rep recommended by Greg. We got all new remote controls which Greg and his team programmed. I am able to get a quick response from Greg and his team anytime when I have questions or run into any issues. I would recommend J. Becher and their services gladly!

“I wanted to send you a quick note and tell you how impressed I was by Taylor at the install at my town house. He was professional, courteous, organized, neat, personable, smart, cheerful, helpful…I thought he did an amazing job and I was very impressed with his skill to accomplish so much by himself in one day. He was very good at assessing the situation, determining what was possible, checking with me to see what I wanted, applying best-practice and then taking action. He was a pleasure to work with.”

A/V & Network Upgrade with Technology Products Including: Sonos Connect, Playbar, Boost, Pro Control One-Way Universal Remote, Sony Blu-Ray Player, and more

J. Becher has become my single source for Automation and Control, Theatre, Security, Audio/Video for over 27 zones, Lighting Controls, and Remote Property Access for my whole property. Having lived with an unending stream of problems by the previous installer, J Becher brought the system to the end result that was promised by the first installer many years prior. Shane and Mike are the utmost professionals and have a deep understanding of the systems as well as a commitment to getting things done right, which is beyond what I thought I could expect – and that is very gratifying.
While these systems are not cheap, I feel like Greg and J Becher have treated me very fairly for new components and all service work. There are not many companies that can handle a system with the complexity of my property’s home and buildings all connected as one, however, J Becher absolutely has the expertise and professionals to get the job done and done correctly! I can offer the highest recommendation to anyone considering complex systems from J. Becher & Assoc.
