Summer 2024 Artisan Home Tour by Parade of Homes

J. Becher & Associates was proud to participate in the Summer 2024 Artisan Home Tour, presented by Parade of Homes.

In partnership with NIH Homes LLC, we had the pleasure of contributing to a truly remarkable home. Our team installed an impressive 85-inch Sony TV in the media room, KEF LCR and in-ceiling speakers, all powered by a Sony AVR and seamlessly integrated by Control4 for intuitive smart home control.

Additional features include a 55-inch Sony TV in the sunroom bar, RadioRa 3 Lutron dimmers for personalized lighting scenes, and a whole-home audio system with Sonos across 12 zones. To top it off, the property is secured with exterior cameras from Alarm.com, ensuring peace of mind and protection.
