From upgrading lighting in units to wiring the newly connected amenity addition, our team is proud to have contributed to this transformative project with Frerichs Construction.
Scope of work:
Installed all new LED lighting in all common spaces (hallways, parking garage, outside poles). Installed 27 new bollards for new walking path around grill stations and firepit areas. Installed new 20’ pole lights for new pickleball court. Wired new club house amenity area including: exercise room, coffee bar, package room, golf simulator, community kitchen. All units received new appliances and J. Becher & Associates hung and wired all of the range hoods. Our low voltage division installed a new camera system and SALTO Systems access control system on the property. Wired new workshop area for residents. Wired new HVAC system in the common area halls.
