J. Becher & Associates is growing and hiring for an Administrative Assistant. We are an established, reputable electrical contractor and technology specialist, with various ongoing projects throughout the metro area.
- Assist Department Managers with various tasks
- Billing-Create invoices and mail out
- Pull electrical permits
- Assist in managing multiple Builders’ options
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with varying requirements
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
- Basic Computer Skills, proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must align with Company’s Core Values
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have clean valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Full Time, Non-Exempt - 40 hours per week
- Monday thru Friday
- Flexible Schedule between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm
